Parenting case before Judge Guy Andrew of the Circus Court … Brute on the bench … Is mentoring all there is? … Horrifying transcript … How did this abusive creature end up as a judge? … A fortiori … Federal judicial commission absent without leave … Associate of judges Ginger Snatch reports  COMMENT: Having read the judgment I am ashamed for the legal profession. It does us no credit. Any person with a shred of decency would resign after such a damning judgment. Judge Andrews has brought both the judiciary and the legal profession into disrepute. COMMENT: A clearer case for constitutional removal for proved misbehaviour cannot be imagined.

S. B. McElwaine SC COMMENT: The Graeme Page that I know has always conducted himself with courtesy towards litigants, lawyers and the Bench and managed cases efficiently. He obviously did better than many of us would have during the Judicial barrage in this case.

Another Porter appointee and another fuckup by those not required to have the necessary qualifications.

Rod Hooper SC COMMENT: Having read the Judgment it is hard to imagine a more disgusting and embarrassing example of Judicial bullying. This Judge should be required to write a letter of apology to both Counsel and his instructing solicitor and publish it at his own expense in The Courier Mail under the banner headline " I am not fit nor proper"

Judicial re-training is no substitute for righting the record and learning a little humility and respect for others. No advocate should have to put up with the drivel which fell from this fellow's mouth!
