Lots of people must be feeling rather special. So much so that despite previous misses, this time they know the magic hand will gift them the sought after bauble. Repeat contenders have swollen the numbers to 109. 

Inexplicably, the Bwanas at the Phillip Street Grill Room want to keep the applications secret and Justinian, as part of the annual game of hide-and-seek, digs deep and uncovers the sacred scroll.
